There is currently a recall on all ByHeart Whole Nutrition infant formula linked to an Infant Botulism Outbreak. There have been 15 reported cases, all currently hospitalized across 12 states.
 

Parents and caregivers are urged to stop using any ByHeart Whole Nutrition infant formula immediately. This includes all lot numbers, sizes of cans and single serve packets.
